The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
We ship the next business day if your order is received before 2:00 pm ET in a regular business day and after it is properly reviewed. ULRIC DE VARENS USA will e-mail you the tracking information as soon as the package is shipped.
Shipping to a Military Address – APO/FPO is allowed from ULRIC DE VARENS USA, but please be aware that orders directed to an APO/FPO address are unable to be traced and in some cases could take a longer delivery time. If you wish your order to be sent to an APO/FPO address, lost or misdirected packages will not be our responsibility.
Shipping costs are calculated on “per order” and “per item” basis by the carrier selected at check out.
Your package usually should arrive on the estimated date, you must notify us by e-mail if it is not received within 15 days from the date of your order, please mention order number, name, phone and delivery address to follow up the issue.

If for any reason, you do not want the product, you may return it to us in its original package and wrapping within 30 days of the purchase date, just send us an e-mail through our "contact us" form indicating the order number, name, phone number and the reason of the return and you will receive the instructions by e-mail for that issue the next business day. Please be advised that we charge 20% re-stocking fee if the merchandise is not in its original condition or there is evidence that the product box has been opened (please see our Shipping & delivery Policy above), we do not refund any shipping costs, unless we determine that a mistake was made by us. In case of damaged or defective merchandise please email us through our "contact us" form within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.

All returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable carrier (UPS, USPS or FedEx), any returned package that has not been received by ULRIC DE VARENS USA and no tracking information is provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
